This is the inaugural year for the Kym Coleman Education Foundation (KCEF) “Honor Roll Bicycle program”. As part of this program, all of the children at Spring Shadows Elementary that made the Honor Roll for the entire year were awarded a new bicycle. This year there were seventeen awardees.
