Noel Rewards Card
Terms and Conditions

• Noel Rewards are issued on all regular priced merchandise purchased from Noel Furniture effective January 14, 2010. 
• Rewards percentages range from 1/2% - 3% of eligible items as defined by current promotion guidelines.
• Noel Rewards are not issued or redeemable on charges for delivery charges, decorative painting services, and/or services performed such as upholstery, refinishing, customization charges, etc.
• Noel Rewards dollars are not issued on merchandise purchased using rewards dollars discount.
• Noel Rewards are not issued until the cumulative reward dollar amount reaches a minimum of $ 25.00. 
• Noel Rewards dollars may be redeemed in increments of $ 25.00 not to exceed 50% of the new total purchase amount. 
• Noel Rewards dollars may be applied to Clearance Merchandise, Regular Priced Merchandise, or Special Order Merchandise only. 
• Noel Rewards dollars are applied as a discount to the new purchase amount.
• Noel Rewards dollars do not expire.
• Noel Rewards dollars are valid only to the original cardholder and/or the cardholders spouse or children.  Request to transfer eligible rewards dollars from one family member to another must be in writing.
• Noel Rewards dollars have no cash value, and may be removed from a rewards card if the merchandise is found to have been returned, the credit issued in the wrong percentage or at the discretion of Noel Furniture employees. 
• Noel Furniture, Inc. reserves the right to cancel and/or modify the Noel Rewards program at anytime, and will not be liable for any loss of rewards dollars resulting from a change or cancellation of the program.
• Noel Furniture, Inc. will post information regarding any change to the program or deadline to redeem dollars directly on our website www.noelfurniture.com.
