Noël Furniture’s Delivery Policy
Noël Furniture delivery specialists are experts in delivery and setup. Noël Furniture’s customer service team will coordinate your delivery whether it is across town, across the United States or internationally.
After the Sale
You will receive an email with a copy of your sales ticket at the time of your completed order. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy.
Once you place an order with Noël Furniture, our Customer Service Department will work on delivery scheduling. If your merchandise is not in stock or is a special order item, you will receive an e-mail providing the anticipated date of delivery. Your customer service representative will update you with delivery dates and times.
We have three zones inside the state of Texas based on mileage from our warehouse.
Zone 1: 0 to 30 miles ~ $85
Zone 2: 31 to 60 miles ~ $120
Zone 3: 61 or more miles ~ call or email for pricing
Outside of Texas, our rates are dependent on the furniture items selected and the delivery address. Our customer service specialist will provide you with a quote for your review.
These rates are based on our current delivery schedule. If you need items for a specific date, we can quote shipping charges for delivery that will fit your schedule.
Our in-home-delivery service provides you with a two-man delivery crew, to the inside of your residence and to the room(s) you choose.
We ship nationwide and our delivery charges are reasonable and competitive. If you are interested in an International Delivery, please call us to discuss your options.
Some of our accessories or smaller furniture items can be shipped via common carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS). When that is possible, we will email you the tracking number and anticipated date of arrival at time of the shipment.
In-Store Pick up
All items can also be picked up at our warehouse in Houston. Please let your customer service specialist know that you plan to pick it up and approximately when so that we can have the item(s) ready for you.
Please remember the following requirements for picking up merchandise from an online purchase:
- Purchaser must be present at pick up.
- Photo ID must be presented.
- Credit card used during purchase must be presented.
- If you do not pick up your furniture within 7 business days from when your order is filled and available in our warehouse, we will assess a storage charge.
- Pick up hours are available Monday through Friday by appointment only at (713) 874-5252.
- A 3% storage fee may be assessed for merchandise held longer than 30 days.
Once you arrive at Noël Furniture (2727 Southwest Freeway, Houston 77098) you may proceed directly to the warehouse, where you will present your receipt, photo ID and credit card to pick up your furniture.
NO HASSLE EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.
Certain items CANNOT be returned, these include:
- Custom or Special Orders
- All Sale items or clearance merchandise
Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
- If returned within 15 days, you are eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Clearance items cannot be returned, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- The item must be returned in the exact, original condition and original packaging.
- You must call us for a return authorization
- All returns without an authorization will be refused.
- All furniture shipped white glove delivery service must be returned via our white glove delivery service partner, no exception.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a return, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable freight, restocking fee, or repackaging charges.
Price Match Promise
We’ll match the price of any local competitor (within the state of Texas) on all items or give you an in-store credit on your next purchase. Please present written quote from Texas retailer to your customer service representative at time of purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions on Delivery and Shipping
I have placed my order, but some of the items are not yet in stock. Can I receive my furniture in multiple deliveries?
You may have your order delivered in multiple parts, but each visit by our delivery teams will incur a separate delivery charge. It is much more cost-effective to have your delivery made all at once than to have multiple deliveries. Our delivery department will not prepare your order for delivery until all items are in stock, unless arrangements have been made by you to receive multiple deliveries.
I am moving into a new home. What if my home is not ready when you deliver next to my area?
We strive to deliver your furniture to you in the quickest and most economical way possible. If you are not able to have the furniture delivered to your residence during the next delivery route servicing your area, please have an alternate delivery location we can deliver your goods to. If this is not possible, we will attempt to deliver your furniture on the following delivery route. Depending upon the region, this can be up to a 4-week wait. Again, you can coordinate this with our delivery specialists.
Why can’t I specify my delivery window time?
We deliver Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or until the delivery trucks are empty. We do give you a 2-hour delivery window that will be provided to you the morning of the delivery. With hundreds of deliveries a day in multiple towns and cities, it takes great effort to coordinate. We are happy to provide a half hour notice prior to our arrival, allowing you to meet our delivery team.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time – the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse; each lead time varies based on many different factors. We indicate lead times to you during the purchasing process.
How do you handle sales tax?
Noël Furniture will collect the applicable sales tax for any shipment to an address within the state of Texas. Sales tax will not be collected for shipments to other states. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and remit sales tax in accordance with the laws of their home state.
